Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically fulfilled within 5–10 minutes of purchase. If your files do not arrive within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, as some email providers may incorrectly flag automated emails.
Common Issues:
• Spam/Junk Folder: If you do not see the files in your inbox, please check your spam folder and mark the message as “Not Spam” to ensure future emails arrive correctly.
• Incorrect Email Address: Please double-check that your email was entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or misspelled email addresses.
Support & Redelivery:
If you do not receive your product within 48 hours of purchase and have verified your spam folder, please contact our support team at lauryn@thegoatgroup.co with your order confirmation. We will promptly verify your purchase and manually resend the product if necessary.
No Physical Shipment:
All products are digital in nature. No physical goods will be shipped.
